New for 2017, we are excited to be introducing Bhangra Blaze classes at all of our centres from Monday 2 January.
Bhangra Blaze is a calorie blazing fitness workout utilising basic but powerful moves from Bhangra. Unlike other Bhangra workouts, it is not a dance class, but uses easy to follow ballistic movements, meaning that no prior dance experience is needed. Bhangra Blaze uses music that lifts you to push yourself even further, not because somebody tells you to but because you will want to.
