Temporary closure of all WV Active centres

In line with government guidance, our centres will be temporarily closed between Thursday 5 November – Wednesday 2 December. All centres will be open as normal until we close on the evening of Wednesday 4 November.

Membership FAQs

We collect membership payments on the 1st of each month. The government closure announcement took place on the 31st of the previous month which unfortunately did not leave us with enough time to suspend November payments.
As your payment has already been taken, you will not pay for the month of December when we are due to reopen as your November payment will cover this cost.
Yes. Please contact us and let us know if you would like to return in January, February, March or April and we can freeze your membership. You will not be charged for your first month back as your November payment will cover this cost.
Yes. Please contact us and let us know if you would like to return in January, February, March or April and we can extend your membership freeze.
If we are still closed in December, your Direct Debit payment will not be taken. Your November payment will cover the cost of the first month we reopen.
The missed month of November will be added to the end of your annual membership. This will be done automatically, you do not need to do anything.


Swimming lesson FAQs

Your child’s swimming lessons will not be taking place whilst we are closed. If your child has a swimming lesson before Thursday 5 November, then it will go ahead as normal.
Any lessons that have been paid for and will be missed due to our closure will be added back on when our centres reopen.
If our centres are closed longer than expected, all missed lessons will be added back to your child’s account ready for when we reopen.


Other FAQs

Your court booking can be moved. Please call us on 01902 551010 to amend existing bookings.
All block bookings will be frozen until we reopen meaning you will not lose any bookings.
