Temporary closure of all WV Active centres

In line with government guidance, our centres will be temporarily closed from the evening on 30 December 2020 until further notice.



Membership FAQs

No, no membership payments will be taken until we reopen.
The missed months will be added to the end of your annual or fit for a fiver membership. This will be done automatically, you do not need to do anything.
If you joined WV Active on or after 19 December 2020 then we have already taken your January membership payment. This payment will be credited to your account to cover the cost of your first month back when we reopen.


Swimming lesson FAQs

Any lessons that have been paid for and will be missed due to our closure will be added back on when our centres reopen.
If our centres are closed longer than expected, all missed lessons will be added back to your child’s account ready for when we reopen.


Other FAQs

Your court booking can be moved. Please call us on 01902 551010 to amend existing bookings.
All block bookings will be frozen until we reopen meaning you will not lose any bookings.
