Learn 2 Lift Weekly Sessions

4-week rotation starting from Tuesday 2 January 2024.

  • Week 1 will be Squats.
  • Week 2 will all be Deadlifts.
  • Week 3 will all be Upper body lifts.
  • Week 4 will all be additional Lower Body lifts starting from Monday 22 January. The rotation will then start again and continue throughout the year.

Sessions are aimed at teaching the lifting techniques and reinforcing form, not aimed at loading weights for 1 rep maxes.

Week 1: SQUATS

Back Squat
Goblet Squat
Front Squat

Week 2: DEADLIFTS

Conventional
Sumo Stance
Romanian (RDL)

Week 3: UPPER BODY

Barbell Bent Over Row
Standing Overhead Press
Single Arm Landmine Press

Week 4: LOWER BODY

Hip Thrusts
Split Squats
Lunges
